THIRD-PARTY LICENSE NOTICES

This file summarizes certain third-party software licenses and notices for x402 Pay. It is provided for notice and attribution purposes only. Third-party software remains subject to the applicable third-party license terms.

Primary project license: [MIT-0]

The primary project license does not apply to third-party software, hosted services, SDKs, APIs, protocols, wallets, payment facilitators, RPC endpoints, service catalogs, or other third-party materials, except to the extent expressly stated by the applicable third party.

1. WalletConnect / Reown

Status: Transitive or optional wallet-provider dependency
License: WalletConnect Community License Agreement
License copy: LICENSE-THIRD-PARTY.txt

Required notice:

Portions © 2025 Reown, Inc. All Rights Reserved.

WalletConnect / Reown software, including WalletKit-related packages where present, is subject to the WalletConnect Community License Agreement and is not licensed under the primary project license.

The WalletConnect Community License Agreement is not a standard permissive open-source license. It may impose attribution, license-copying, network-infrastructure, commercial-license, export-control, arbitration, and other obligations. Users and redistributors should review the license before distributing, modifying, bundling, making available, or using WalletConnect / Reown software in production.

For avoidance of doubt, WalletConnect / Reown is included here because it may appear as an optional or transitive wallet-provider dependency. Inclusion of this notice does not imply that WalletConnect / Reown is a core dependency of x402 Pay, that Reown endorses this project, or that this project endorses Reown.

2. Other third-party software

This project may depend on additional third-party packages, including packages used for x402 payments, wallet integrations, blockchain interactions, environment configuration, and related functionality.

Each such package is licensed under its own license terms. Redistributors should generate and review a complete dependency license report from the applicable lockfile before publication or distribution.

If this project is distributed as a bundled artifact, container image, package, compiled binary, hosted service, or embedded component of another product, redistributors should confirm whether additional license notices, source-code offers, license copies, or attribution files are required.
